Excellent location short walk to the beautiful shores of Loch Lomond, early check-in. Had guest room with the best views on offer.

We liked this place, it's lovely welcoming. There are reasonable prices in the property. They have a continental breakfast. Magnificent location close to Balloch and lomond Shores, the Sea Life Centre/Shopping Centre/Attractions and the restaurant next door, it's central.

This hotel was set in a central area close to activities on Loch Lomond, bar restaurant, and restaurants and attractions eg.

It was reasonably priced, extremely pleasant and brand-new room. There was a bath, a plus for me. Had central location in beautiful nature. Further, it was short walk to pub/restaurant and the shores of loch lomand.

Didn't like the area, it was extremely busy.

It is a perfect base for a wedding ceremony, has stunningly beautiful views across the lake. Comfortable bed in the double room, plus a multi-channel television, a dining area, and a seating area. Incredible location of the hotel to the Aquarium. Also - just off Loch Lomond shores and the centre of Balloch as well as train station and sea life.

The hotel is functional and spotless, nestled in an extremely clean building with incredibly beautiful view across the lake. Boasts fantastic location and knowledgeable staff on my request to take our evening meal to our room. The property has the restaurant with reasonably priced food.

They offered a wide array of options for continental breakfast. The staff was efficient and knowledgeable, offered efficient services. The setting was absolutely perfect, near to good restaurant. Moreover, it was 2 km from a surrounding park.

It's a reasonable base for a wedding celebration. The double room is en suite and has a multi-channel television, a dining area, and a seating area. Continental breakfast offers lots of good food choices. All in all they offer efficient service. Every time in Balloch, I choose this place.

Spotlessly clean accommodation, friendly attentive and efficient staff on my request to take our evening meal to our room. Only gluten free and delicious continental breakfasts with tea or coffee. Stunning setting, just next door to a 3/4 minute walk to boat trips and Loch Lomond parks.

The accommodation had a central location to the port area where the tour boats leave.

Great way to end our trip. Clean place with free breakfasts. Marvellous and incredibly comfortable location in Balloch, close to Scotland, loch lomand and village centre and the restaurant. Also, close to all fun activities in Balloch. Outstanding and brilliant food for breakfast.

No elevator at all.

The location couldn't be more particularly good in a great area for visiting Loch Lomond perfect location. The staff were extremely polite, outstandingly accommodating.

The breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the surrounding area.- The prices for the dinner at the pub were reasonable.

The bed was uncomfortable, with a hard mattress and small pillows. The lack of separate reception for the accommodation caused a delay in check-in, especially during busy times.
